I had a great experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, out past the airport in a suburb of the city, was convenient for me as I had a late-night arrival. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a good bed and a nice shower. The staff at the reception, although their English was not perfect, were helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

This hotel offers spacious and modern rooms, with comfortable and soft beds. the bathroom is also roomy and equipped with a great shower with strong water pressure. the hotel staff is kind and helpful and offer a free shuttle service. the hotel is located close to the airport and other local restaurants and businesses.
One aspect to consider is the limited English proficiency of the hotel staff that can cause difficulties in communication.

Clean and well-appointed rooms offered a comfortable stay. the hotel's shuttle service was convenient, saving time and money for city exploration. the location was near a variety of shopping options.
The breakfast buffet was not appealing to Western guests and the staff had limited English proficiency. It was also difficult to communicate with taxi drivers in the area.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the kind and helpful staff, spotless and modern rooms, and free shuttle service to and from the airport. The breakfast had a nice variety of Chinese food and the Korean restaurant next door was a great option as well. a fantastic deal for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Worst aspects? Nothing that we didn't like.

Located near the airport, the room was nice and the airport pick-up and drop-off worked well. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and there were several restaurants near the hotel.
The hotel was difficult to access, making it hard to get a taxi. It was a bit far from the metro, and the construction of the new subway made the surrounding roads chaotic. The front desk staff was not very helpful in resolving issues.
